We are seeking a cleared or clearable mid-career and senior level System Engineers with a background in Electronic RF Hardware Design and Testing for a critical role as a key contributor and leader on electronic hardware development teams. Your Essential Duties:
Drive the successful technical completion of projects working closely with the customer
Understand each project mission and architect the systems our teams are creating
Guide a team of engineers from requirements through design and build, and finally through delivery and deployment.
Lead and contribute to technical work while ensuring the team is meeting requirements and documenting designs to demonstrate success
Create novel solutions for challenging missions supporting our Nation as second to none!
Technology your will work with
Projects range from radio frequency(RF) hardware and SIGINT sensor systems to Electronic Warfare
Most emphasize requirements for low size, weight, and power (SWAP) while functioning within extreme environments
Novel radio frequency(RF) waveforms
Radio frequency(RF) domains covering VHF through microwave frequencies

Typical Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, science or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience for mid-career, over 10 years’ relevant experience for senior
Experience in two or more of the following:
Systems Architecture of complex sensor or comms systems, circuit card to fully integrated systems
RF Performance Modeling and simulation
Integrated circuit and electronics design of radio frequency(RF) sensor systems
Experience in radio frequency(RF) sensors hardware design
Requirements derivation & flow down
Team Leadership in a Design or Test Environment
US Citizenship is required
An active Top Secret Clearance
Typical Preferred Qualifications:
Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Physics
Novel RF waveform design
RF domain experience covering VHF through microwave frequencies
Significant technical contribution in RF hardware (receivers and transmitters), DSP design, RF communication, signal collection, and/or EW programs
Experience in designing complex system architectures
Experience with the challenges in designing hardware systems to survive in harsh environments including terrestrial, airborne, and space
Experience in SWAP design challenges
Systems integration testing
Verification and Validation
Leading system and/or subsystem design with direct involvement
