- Understand and analyze complex problems and derive solutions

Basic Qualifications:
- Engineer Quality: Bachelor’s Degree in a related STEM field and 2+ years of relevant engineering experience, or a Master’s Degree in STEM and 1+ years of engineering experience.
- Understanding and use of the DMAIC Process: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control
- Experience working with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Material Review Board (MRB) standards, practices and Customer engagement.
- High volume electronics manufacturing environment
- Experience with SAP
- Circuit Card, Micro-electronics manufacturing
- J-STD and IPCA requirements
- Mill-STD requirements
- AS9100 and ISO 9001 Standards
- Data analytics and visualization, statistics
- Design of Experiment (DOE
- Statistical Process Control (SPC),
- 6 sigma certifications
