Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Requirements, Integration & Architecture (RIA) Manager in support of the Sentinel program. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities, and associated infrastructure. This position is in Roy, UT.

What You’ll Get To Do
Lead the Requirements, Integration & Architecture (RIA) organization within GBSD SE&I, reporting to the SE&I System Integration Lead.
Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for system and segment requirements and verification.
Guide thread leads in following design for threads from system to Configured Item level to provide oversight in terms of meeting mission needs for each thread, from requirements to design and verification.
Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering approach in all activities.
Define and execute verification plan for system and segment requirements, including partnering with the System Test Team to define tests required.
Proactively interface with other SE&I organizations and GBSD IPTs to ensure successful interface design and implementation.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelors in STEM and 8 years of experience
Minimum of 3 years in a formal lead/ management position
Must have U.S. Citizenship with an Active Secret clearance with an in-scope investigation date within the last 6 years.
5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering (SE) to include Model Base Requirement, Integration and Architecture
3+ years of experience in Model Base Systems Engineering and/or DOORs
3+ years leading a team of Engineers across multiple levels of integration.
Technical depth in at least one of the thread areas – (Environmental, Operation & Training Effectiveness (OTE), Responsiveness & Status (R&S) )
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Active TS Clearance
Missile experience
Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
Thread Lead experience
Strong customer communication skills.
