Northrop Grumman Aeronautic Systems is seeking a qualified Maintenance Janitor Level 1/ 2 to join our team of qualified, highly talented and diverse individuals for 1st shift Monday – Friday Shift: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm. This position will be Clearfield, Utah.

Job Duties:
- Maintains premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition.
- Performs a combination of dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment; sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, or buffing floors; removing refuse; polishing furniture, fixtures, or trimmings; providing janitorial supplies; and cleaning lavatories, showers, or rest rooms.
- Cleaning Epoxy, linoleum, tile and other floor surfaces
- Shampooing rugs and carpets
- Emptying trash cans
- Changing air filters and cleaning vents
- Dusting disinfecting all surfaces.
- Waxing floors
- Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed
- Washing windows
- Maintaining a thorough inventory
- Using equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners
- Collecting and taking out trash and recycling
This role may be filled at a Level 1 or Level 2 based on the qualifications below.
Basic Qualifications for Level 1:
- High School diploma or equivalent and 0 years or experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR)
Basic Qualifications for Level 2:
- High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or experience working in a maintenance janitor capacity
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Working knowledge of general aspects of the job
- Ability to perform routine work with detailed instructions given for new activities or special assignments.
