The successful Promotions and Advertising Rep will use experience and innate passion for advertising and marketing, combined with the understanding of creative and paid media fundamentals, social media experience, a strong writing skill set, and knowledge of industry trends. The Promotions and Advertising Rep will be a brand steward within the organization and with external partners to solve creative and paid media problems from all angles: strategically, creatively, and through execution. Through direction and guidance, the Promotions and Advertising Rep will champion the brand internally with enterprise campaigns and various internal channels. The Promotions and Advertising Rep will form integral relationships with brand teams throughout the enterprise including internal creative teams and external agencies. This person will help support priority campaigns by working with all internal and external partners to ensure all advertising and marketing efforts are coordinated to be on schedule and accurate. Advertising and Marketing
  • Strategic Development
    • Partners with peers, managers and directors on bringing the communications strategy and related workstreams to life through owned and paid media tactics 
    • Seeks out strategic solutions to a variety of situations such as program or capability proof-points to any given internal or external campaign 
  • Creative Development
    • Assist with the reviews of agency creative and media; provides the first line of sight of reviews and ensures all feedback is captured and consolidated with internal partners 
    • Owns creative and media timelines with agency partners to ensure deadlines are met or alerts of any shifts occurring during a campaign cycle
    • Owns the internal legal process to ensure external communication material is approved for public release
  • Foster internal relationships in effort to manage internal creative of promotional material; ensuring final designs are strategic and on brand
  • Media Development
    • Helps to align media tactics, channels, content and creative to ensure successful results
    • Liaises with media and metrics teams to ensure tagging and tracking are in place for every campaign
    • Assist with the SEO keyword development
  • Production & Final Execution
    • When production occurs, coordinating production logistics with agency partners, peers, managers and directors to ensure a smooth and successful production
    • Leading the final development of assets and ensuring internal approvals of all material before external release 
Social Media
  • Assisting the Digital Content Strategist with internal social media by applying knowledge of industry trends, awareness of best social media practices including content creation (writing and creative)
  • Develops organic and paid social media assets for Now. and TA (writes copy and coordinates visuals with designers).
  • Owning the final technical deployment of all social media posts within the social media manager tool
  • Assists with social listening and setting up social monitoring, including regular reporting. 
  • Is available during crisis or heightened sensitivity scenarios to support with social media listening, content development, and reporting. This is during and off of regular business hours.
  • Password governance and upkeep for all digital tools and social channels
  • Manager of the social media tool by being the liaison with the vendor and tool admin
Website Content Development and Updating
  • Assist Talent Acquisition communications with the development and tagging of priority career reqs. webpages, including incorporating custom videos to certain pages.
  • Lead content and page development talent acquisition communication efforts.
  • Support content and page development for brand and priority campaigns.
  • Updating the Now website with correct meta data and CTAs
  • Understand foundation of SEO and keyword strategy when developing webpages.
  • **NG web system is easy to learn and use. This work stream does not require previous web development experience or any coding experience. 
Additional traits
  • Demonstrated ability to create content for social media.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of responsibilities daily.
  • Demonstrated proofreading experience, solid understanding of AP style.
  • The successful person will have a resourceful nature, be able to build relationships with a variety of people and functions, and have a general sense of urgency in completing tasks on time and with accuracy.
  • A team player with outstanding communication, presenting, organizational and writing skills.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree with 3 years experience in Marketing, Advertising, Business or relevant field; or master's degree with 1 years' experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years’ experience within a content creation type role.
  • Advertising Account Executive or related position within an ad agency, a plus.
  • Sprinklr or other social media tool experience, a plus.
