Northrop Grumman’s Defense Systems sector is looking for experienced data management professionals to join Northrop Grumman’s team to provide enterprise information technology, communications, and mission command support for US Army Human Resources Command (HRC). This requisition may be filled at multiple levels.

Responsibilities will include supporting business analysts and developers on project teams with proper documentation of data requirements and establishing thorough specifications, in one or more of the following disciplines:

• Data Management Analysis
• Data Science

Basic Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications for Level 2:
• 3 years of experience managing data with Bachelors; 0 years with Masters
• Existing clearance if required by customer

Basic Qualifications for Level 3:
• 6 years of experience managing data with Bachelors; 3 years with Masters; 0 years with PhD
• Existing clearance if required by customer

Basic Qualifications for Level 4
• 10 years of experience managing data with Bachelors; 7 years with Masters; 4 years with PhD
• Existing clearance if required by customer

Basic Qualifications for Level 5
• 15 years of experience managing data with Bachelors; 13 years with Masters; 7 years with PhD

Preferred Qualifications for all levels:
• Previous working experience with US Army HRC
