We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals who are looking to return to the workforce after a current career break of 2+ years! The Northrop Grumman iReturn Program provides experienced professionals with internal support, mentors, professional development, networking opportunities and connections with other iReturning employees and is committed to supporting participants as they assimilate back into the workforce.
iReturn is inclusive of all disciplines across our Rolling Meadows, Illinois facility to include Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Management, and many more!

Basic Qualifications:
Current career break of at least 2 years
US Citizenship

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
