We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals who are looking to return to the workforce after a career break of a minimum of 2 years for various professional roles that support our Supply Chain business to include subcontracts, procurement and planners. Positions can be located in Baltimore, MD; Rolling Meadows, IL; Woodland Hills, San Diego, Sunnyvale, CA.
The Northrop Grumman iReturn program provides experienced professionals with internal support, mentors, and connections with other iReturning employee to transition back to a full-time career in one of several fields at Northrop Grumman through training, professional development, and networking opportunities. This "Returnship" program focuses on providing you with a seamless transition back into the workforce.
Basic Qualifications:
- Career break of at least 2 years
- Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, or closely related business experience;
- OR a Master's degree and 1+ years of Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, or closely related business experience.
- Experience with MS Office including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Supply chain experience for an aerospace and/or Defense Company.
- Procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Supply Chain or Procurement experience
- FAR/DFARS or government contracts experience
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
