Principal Supply Chain Business Ops/Compliance Specialist- Will be responsible for performing Cost & Price Analysis in support of Purchase Orders and Subcontracts, as well as Proposal Support for the Missile Defense Business Unit. Employee will perform processes and activities within supply chain related operations and/or compliance such as regulatory compliance, systems and technology, data analytics and performance, international supply chain, operational excellence and supply base diversity. Manages, develops or supports strategic direction and tactical execution of governance (policy, procedure, processes, etc.), priorities, initiatives and related activities.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of directly related experience or Master’s degree in business, finance, economics or related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of directly related experience

Ability to perform and apply appropriate cost accounting, pricing and estimating methods, concepts and principles 

Ability to work as an integral member of the Subcontract/Procurement team to achieve Global Supply Chain, Program, and/or sector objectives, while maintaining compliance during all stages of the proposal/acquisition process.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Knowledge of SAP

Ability to meet deadlines in a challenging, multi-tasking environment

Intimate background with Global Supply Chain Subcontract/Procurement requirements, FAR proposal adequacy and execution

Familiarity with the concept and application of Cost Improvement Curves
