Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Data Management Analyst in Huntsville, AL. The Data Management Analyst:

• Supports project teams as they document their data requirements and establish thorough specifications, procedures, and work instructions

• Track and manage all SW Licensing for team

• Coordinates, tracks and delivers contractual and non-contractual data for multiple programs
• Assists in writing of technical and nontechnical documentation for program deliverables as needed
• Maintains databases for tracking deliverables and non-deliverables
• Creates working templates to ensure all deliverables and program documentation are consistent and properly marked
• Interfaces with various functional organizations to ensure Data Management requirements and expectations are understood and accomplished
• Conducts events such as training to ensure adherence to Data Management processes.
• Participates in process improvement activities; contribute suggestions for adapting policy to situations and update processes and procedures as required

Basic Qualifications -

• Data Management Analyst: 3 Years with Bachelors; 1 Year with Masters; OR additional years of experience in lieu of degree may be considered

• Working knowledge of DoD Data Item Descriptions (DIDs)

• Experience working with Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Products

• Ability to work as part of a team to support accomplishment of team goals

• Active Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

AS9100 / ISO 9000 experience, SharePoint Administration

Salary Range: $68,000 USD - $102,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
