The qualified applicant will become part of the Northrop Grumman (NG) Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) Logistics Team. Creating the maintenance tasks to support various components of the IBCS. Supporting Validation/Verification Objectives, Verification Methods, and logistics product development in support of NG and the Army customer. The position will be located in Huntsville, AL.

The selected applicant will perform as a Logistics Management Analyst to provide Maintenance Engineering for NGC programs to help ensure maintenance requirements are being addressed and accomplished. The candidate will work with other ILS personnel, system engineers, technical publications teams, configuration management, and Government maintenance representatives to develop logistics Product Data (LPD) for the IBCS program. The desired candidate must understand the various aspects of maintenance concepts, engineering technical drawings, and supportability analysis in order to support the ILS team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Basic knowledge of Logistics Product Development (LPD)

· Basic understanding of PowerLog-J database and maintenance product data development

· Basic knowledge for understanding of maintenance concepts

· Read and interpret engineering drawings for logistics product development

· Ability to research and understand engineering changes

· Understanding of initial spares/repair parts development.

· Must have knowledge of military supply and maintenance procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

· 3 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree.

· Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance standards with limited supervision

· Demonstrated ability to work in a fluid environment with diverse stakeholders

· Basic understanding of logistic elements; supportability, maintainability, and logistics support

· Ability to travel to other Northrop Grumman and customer locations (20%)

· Must be able to obtain Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

· Understanding of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Supportability Analysis (SA), and maintenance concepts.

· Powerlog-J – logistics Product Data development or similar system

· Logistics Demonstration (LD) field maintenance requirements and technical manual validation

o LD test plan and test procedures development

o Develop the System Support Package (SSP)/System Support Package Contents List (SSPCL)

· Microsoft Office Suite experience

Salary Range: $56,300 USD - $84,500 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
