This position is for an eQube application administrator that supports the Enterprise-wide Product Life Cycle (PLM) system, in UAT and production environments. Supports, maintains, and/or resolves incidents in the system and its applications. Involved in system maintenance and upgrade deployments while meeting software compliance standards. Performs or supports testing and maintenance of system, ensuring documentation of all system corrections. Performs root cause analysis, debugging problems within the PLM environment, and working with technical teams to develop, test and implement system fixes.
This position may be located in Redondo Beach, California or San Diego, California. This position allows for partial telecommuting but does require candidates to be able to work regularly in one of the two locations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience
- This position does require US citizenship with ability to obtain an DOD active Secret clearance following hire
- Windows OS knowledge
- Troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current CompTIA Security+ certification
- Current DOD Secret clearance
- Experience with Windows administration
- Experience with eQube software application and administration
- Experience with Teamcenter Aerospace and Defense
- Familiarity with the following:
Windows Server OS, tasks, and services
High level Java error stacks
JBOSS application server knowledge
Batch / Script programming (DOS, PowerShell, Perl)
XML, JSON data formats
TCP / IP, HTTP, HTTPS protocols
Active Directory configuration and GPOs
