Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst Manager 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future. This leadership position will be located in Roy, Utah.
This position will be responsible for the functional management of a diverse team of around 100 system administrators, network engineers, and desktop technicians within the Security organization supporting the classified infrastructures across within a specific geographic region and will also be the lead for reporting of Sector/Divisional support performance. This position requires leadership and organization focus in order to deliver as it is a geographically dispersed team.
Roles and responsibilities include:
· Interface with the sector CIOs, their staff, and with sector program managers
· Work closely and collaboratively across the Security organization team
· Plan, execute, and report on several organizational metrics designed to ensure 100% compliance with Government regulations to include the RMF, JSIG, and other compliance requirements
· Focus on technology improvements/standardizations
· Provide functional leadership to managers and staff while ensuring that vacant positions are staffed and employees are provided with challenging assignments and training opportunities.
· Willing to travel in support of program activities and statement of work.
Basic Qualifications:
· Associate’s degree and 14 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience OR Master’s degree and 10 years of experience; 16 years of experience may be considered in lieu of completed degree
· Active DoD Secret security clearance
· Able to obtain additional program accesses as required
· Prior management and leadership experience
· Experience with IT infrastructure maintenance (i.e., networking or systems administration)
Preferred Qualifications:
· Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI poly
· Experience performing systems administration of Windows or Linux servers and/or experience building and maintaining networks utilizing Cisco technologies
· Familiarity with enterprise datacenter architectures and technologies
· Familiarity with virtualization and cloud computing technologies
· Familiarity with NISPOM, RMF, and JSIG standards
· Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
