Since 2001, Northrop Grumman has delivered Through-Life Support to the Royal Australian Air Force’s 86 Wing; 34 Squadron located at RAAF Fairbairn in Canberra. The high-performing Northrop Grumman SPA (Special Purpose Aircraft) team is comprised of approximately 50 staff who provide all levels of maintenance, training and logistics support to the fleet of 2x Boeing BBJ’s and 3x Dassault Falcon 7X’s.
Your Role:
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Data Management Officer to join our CAMS Group, directly supporting the SPA Program at RAAF Fairbairn, Canberra. This role holds a pivotal position in overseeing the collection, receipt, and stringent control of all Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) and technical publications pertaining to SPA platforms, with firm assurance to DASR M regulations.
Reporting to the SPA Manager Continuing Airworthiness Services, you will play an indispensable role in our commitment to achieving airworthiness, safety, availability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness objectives. Your responsibilities encompass managing ICA and technical publications, ensuring they're up-to-date and readily accessible. Additionally, you will oversee digital updates of OEM manuals and operational manuals, serving as the point of contact for OEM portal administration among the staff.
Beyond these core duties, you will actively contribute to the production of essential components such as software and databases for aircraft loading. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of any hard copy flight deck publications, and the vigilant monitoring of the Maintenance Information System and other Technical Records paperwork. Support for Military Airworthiness Reviews (MARC) and other directives from the NGA Manager Continuing Airworthiness Services will be part of your versatile role.
