Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services has an opportunity on the OneERP SAP Logistics/Sustainment team for an Application Analyst/Systems Integration professional with Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) experience.  Must be energetic, self-starter with knowledge and experience in converting customer requirements into systems/business process solutions, including requirement analysis, configuration, realization, testing, implementation, post-production support, training and knowledge transfer. The qualified candidate will be responsible for acting as a consultant between the customer and technical community in support of MRO business processes.  Experience and proficiency with SAP iMRO spanning aircraft maintenance, component repairs and/or field service is desired.  The qualified candidate will be supporting both the recurring/existing customer base and new project/program initiatives. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience is required OR a masters degree and 3 years experience.  In lieu of a bachelors degree, one year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of the 4 years of education
  • Must have experience leading or working on cross functional teams
  • Build strong internal and external customer relationships by aligning system solution to changing business requirements
  • Functional/business MRO process knowledge or expertise spanning aircraft maintenance and component repair activities
  • Configure SAP iMRO module and other tools based on business requirements
  • Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills including development and presentation of briefs to stakeholders and drafting system requirements specifications
  • Must have team lead experience, ability to "hit the ground running" and multi-task in a complex environment
  • Perform work in a virtual environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Configuration experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and understanding of integration between SD, MM, PP, and PM required
  • Logistics/Sustainment experience within Aerospace and Defense or Commercial aircraft industry
  • Familiarity with Safe/Agile Framework with SAP/ERP application implementation effort
  • Excellent leadership characteristics
  • Excellent communication skills throughout all levels of the organization

Salary Range: 83600 - 125400

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
