Management Responsibilities:

• Manage daily customer interface
• Track and Drive Quality initiatives, Compliance Matrixes, FAI's, Corrective Actions, and Process Improvements
• Develop a deep understanding of Customer requirements 
• Manage data collection, analysis, metrics, and presentations

Engineering Responsibilities:

• Facilitate root case and corrective action investigations
• Contribute to design change control reviews and implementation
• Author documentation to instruct operations on successful execution of quality requirements
• Write and manage risk mitigation actions and assure their implementation
• Support internal audits, process observations, and area assessments
• Leading FMEA efforts

The ideal candidate creates collaborative relationships with the customer. You are cool under pressure, able to energize and lead teams while also performing essential analysis as an individual contributor.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active, current DoD Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) and 5+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Working knowledge of corrective action principles (5-Why, Fishbone, KT, etc.)
• Prior composite manufacturing experience

Salary Range: $80,900 USD - $121,300 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
