Are you ready to put your experience to work at Northrop Grumman?  If so, we want you to join our team as a Shipping / Receiving Coordinator.  This full-time position is located in Jacksonville, Florida.You will become part of Northrop Grumman's P-3 Customs and Border Protection Program.In this role, you will:·  Handle all applicable logistics functions for the operations site, to include transferring, ordering, packing, shipping, and receiving DoD and commercial material·  Conduct inventory analysis, stock forecasting, stock replenishment and kitting of required materials·  Monitor parts due in for maintenance and manage the movement of those assets within the program’s supplier network·  Package and ship hazardous materialsBasic Qualifications:1. A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years working directly in supply chain and / or logistics roles; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)3. Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds5. Experience with hazardous shipping and handling6. Ability to drive a forklift and utilize hand tools7. Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Homeland Security Background Investigation

Preferred Qualifications:1. Experience working in SAP or similar ERP systems2. Forklift operation certified3. Hazmat shipper qualified4. Aircraft Load Planner certified5. Experience in inventory analysis, material forecasting and transportation management6. A current security clearance (Secret or higher)7. A current DHS background investigation

 


Salary Range: $17 USD - $17 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
