Are you ready to put your experience to work at Northrop Grumman?  If so, we need you to join our team as a Systems Engineering Manager.  You will be supporting our JSTARS program at our Lake Charles Aircraft Maintenance and Fabrication Center (AMFC). Your duties include reporting of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Manage and lead the Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Engineering department for program execution. Assesses project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, vendors and clients.  Specific Duties: 1. Lead and manage the Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering departments 2. Lead the development of Tiered Schedule for execution of JSTARS maintenance, repair and overhaul 3. Train and support Cost Account Manager (CAM) for single AC maintenance depot.  4. Collection and reporting of cost, schedule and technical progress 5. Resolve real time issues and break constraints with material, resources, tooling, etc. to progress the maintenance process 6. Manage JSTARS Program Risk & Opportunity program 7. Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences 2. A minimum of 10 yrs of direct relevant experience in the Systems Engineering environment. 3. A minimum of 6 years or experience in Aerospace/Auronautics management 4. Proficient in MS-Office suite 5. Proficient at reading and interpreting blue print, drawings and USAF technical documentation

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Degree in Systems Engineering or Program/Project Management 2. 6+ Years Experience in Aerospace Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) 3. 10+ Years experience in Planning and Methodization
