Northrop Grumman is seeking experienced and motivated professionals that are looking to return to the workforce after a career break of a minimum of 2 years for various professional roles within multiple organizations that support our business including but not limited to:

Supply Chain Procurement Specialist

Subcontract Administrators

Configuration Management

Program/Project Managers

Scheduling and Planning Analyst

The qualified applicants will join a cohort of employees re-entering the workforce after a career break of at least two years. This cohort will receive special on-boarding designed to provide an effective re-entry into the workforce.

The Northrop Grumman iReturn program provides experienced professionals with a paid 12-week "Returnship" to prepare for a full-time career in one of several fields at Northrop Grumman through training, professional development and networking opportunities. This "Returnship" program focuses on providing you with a seamless transition back into the workforce.

Applicants must have prior work experience in the discipline that they are looking to return to. We are currently reviewing applicants to participate in our Fall 2022 cohort which will begin in the late August early September timeframe.

Basic Qualifications:

• A current career break of 2 years
• A minimum of 5 years’ prior work experience within the discipline you are looking to return to work with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years of experience with a Master's degree
• A Clearance is not required to start however the ability to obtain a DoD (Department of Defense) clearance is required.

Salary Range: $32 USD - $37 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
