Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking a Manager Computer Systems Analysis 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future; this position will be located in Linthicum, Maryland and the selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time, at our Linthicum facilities.

The Manager Computer Systems Analysis 3 will be responsible for the functional management of a diverse team of 350 systems administrators, network engineers, and desktop technicians within the Security organization supporting the classified infrastructures across all operating sectors.  This position requires leadership and organization focus in order to deliver as it is a geographically dispersed team.  Responsibilities will include: Interfacing with the sector CIOs, their staff, and with sector program managers; working closely and collaboratively across the Security organization team; planning, executing, and reporting on several organizational metrics designed to ensure 100% compliance with Government regulations to include the RMF, JSIG, and other compliance requirements; and providing functional leadership to managers and staff while ensuring that vacant positions are staffed and employees are provided with challenging assignments and training opportunities. The selected candidate must be willing to travel in support of program activities and the statement of work; approximately 10% travel is expected.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 11 years of engineering experience, or a Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 9 years of engineering experience.

  • Strong leadership qualities including excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Prior management and leadership experience.

  • An active DoD Top Secret level security clearance with an adjudication or periodic background investigation date within the past 6 years; maintaining the required security clearance will be a condition of continued employment.

  • The selected candidate will be required to obtain a Special Access Program (SAP/SAR) clearance within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company and also by customer and/or program requirements; maintaining a SAP/SAR clearance will be a condition of continued employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience performing systems administration of Windows or Linux servers and/or experience building and maintaining networks utilizing Cisco technologies.

  • Familiarity with enterprise datacenter architectures and technologies.

  • Familiarity with virtualization and cloud computing technologies.

  • Familiarity with NISPOM, RMF, and JSIG standards.

  • Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.

Salary Range: $148,300 USD - $222,500 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
