Northrop Grumman’s Mission Systems Sector is looking for a Project Management Analyst to join the Advanced & Strategic Operations Talent Strategy team based in Linthicum, Maryland.  We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will lead the planning and facilitation of various talent strategy initiatives, including but not limited to; providing support to the Enterprise OD CoP activities specific to Global Supply Chain, oversite of Operations Communities of Practice, leading and facilitating WFD teams to curate content for Operations professionals as well as leading the strategy and execution of the Global Supply Chain training teams. The Project Management Analyst will work in constant collaboration with Global Supply Chain, Quality Mission Excellence and Manufacturing to ensure a consistent talent strategy across Operations.

Basic Qualifications:

This position can be hired at either a level 3/principal or a level 4 senior based on experience and can also be worked remote or at the Baltimore, MD facility.

Principal/Band 3:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least 6+ years of supply chain and/or project management experience (or 4 years with a Master's degree)

Senior Principal /Band 4:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least 10+ years of supply chain and/or project management experience (or 8+ years with a Master's degree)

In addition the following basic qualifications apply to both band levels:

  • Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking and innovative behaviors in past projects, roles or experiences
  • Ability to lead and communicate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; work well in a team environment; and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task competing priorities and schedules
  • Has the ability to quickly respond to a variety of demands
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to function independently, meet deadlines and achieve commitments
  • Experience setting up task schedules, tracking progress, and compiling data for status reporting metrics
  • Demonstrated experience with cross campus or multidiscipline collaboration
  • Experience with SharePoint applications

Salary Range: $82,400 USD - $123,600 USD
Salary Range 2: $107,000 USD - $160,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
