We are looking for you to join our team as a Field Engineer. This position will require a minimum of 75% travel to OCONUS locations.

What You’ll get to Do:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution.
• Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
• Conduct technical training and product briefing with customers and company representatives.
• Serve as local on-site representative to customers organization.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace or related field and a minimum of 2 years related experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Infrared Countermeasures (IRCM) and/or knowledge of EO/IR fundamentals
• Advanced experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of military

  Electro-Optical/Infra-Red (EO/IR) systems and avionics

• Experience with military specifically Army rotary wing Flightline operations, support systems and maintenance
• Must be an effective verbal and written communicator, and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer locations that include business trips and short-term travel to customer facilities at CONUS locations and OCONUS locations (minimum of 75% OCONUS travel).
• Must have an active Secret Clearance investigated within the last 5 years. U.S. Citizenship is a pre-requisite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
• Advanced knowledge of military logistical systems
• Experience with test and evaluation process
• Experience with testing of software applications

Salary Range: $61,900 USD - $92,900 USD
