Salary: £76,000 to £109,000

Role clearance type: You must be able to gain and maintain the highest level of UK Government clearance

About Your Opportunity: 

This role supports the ever increasing need to protect our national security through development of software applications in an Agile environment to collect data, analyse it and allow our customers to make information aware decisions. An exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and to tackle some of the biggest national security challenges. We have multiple positions for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches alike that have relevant security clearances and those that are able to gain them.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Work with customers, stakeholders or teams-of-teams in an advisory / coaching and assurance capacity

2. Actively coach and support team-of-teams events (e.g. Program Increment Planning) and supporting individuals in key roles and activities such as roadmap development, priority and facilitation to ensure that the relevant objectives are achieved

3. Identify and help customers to address systemic impediments to adoption of an effective Lean/Agile working culture

4. Provide training to impart or reinforce knowledge of Lean-Agile concepts, tools and practices

5. Act as a coach and mentor to less experienced Lean-Agile practitioners

Your Experience:

1. Practical experience of servant-leadership in agile teams with an ability to engage and influence effectively at all levels, internally and externally

2. Thorough knowledge of agile principles, practices and methods, particularly Scrum

3. Excellent organisational and facilitation skills

4. Holds an advanced Scrum Master certification e.g. PSM II / III, SASM

5. Advanced certification in agile-at-scale framework e.g. SAFe SPC
