Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Senior Principal Program Planning Scheduling Analyst (4) to join its diverse, qualified team. This role is located in Magna, UT.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Perform and/or assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales and profit forecasts, staffing study and variance analysis.
• Participate in preparing, maintaining, and managing program budgets and project schedules consistent with Propulsion System (PS) policies and EVMS requirements. Will use PS integrated tools (Cobra, Primavera, Costview etc.)
• Participate in program control functions for scope, cost and schedule including the PCR process.
• Prepare and/or assist on internal and external customer reports.
• Perform and/or assist on quarterly Estimate-At-Completion with program control account managers and functional managers. Responsible to ensure use of approved burden/labor rates, validate Estimate-To-Complete data and ensure the accuracy of the estimates.
• Assist managers in achieving program and financial objectives by providing financial, staffing, and schedule reporting and recommendations. Proactively work to identify financial and schedule issues in advance and help management find appropriate corrective actions.
• Participate in Integrated Program Management (IPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM). Maintain resources and logic within the resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Utilizes Primavera P6, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.

This position may consider occasional teleworking but candidate must be local to the Magna site.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and 10 years of related experience - OR - 8 years with a Master's Degree - OR - 14 years in lieu of degree.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with EVM
• Experience with Primavera P6

Salary Range: $89,900 USD - $134,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
