Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is looking for you to join our team as a Production Operator based out of Magna, UT.  What You’ll get to Do: As a Production Operator, you work on the next generation composite structures. This job involves the fabrication of composite hardware using a variety of methods such as hand layup, bonding, assembly, trimming and final finishing. It will require development of skills to competently perform a wide variety of tasks designed to produce product that meet our customer expectations. Tasks may be in team environments or individual based. You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (education will be verified) 
• This position requires an active Secret Clearance with a review within the past 5 years, and the ability to obtain Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible/changing schedules and weekends

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Composite experience and/or certification preferred 
• Previous composite, manufacturing, or production experience preferred  
• Demonstrated ability using standard measuring equipment and power hand tools  
• Demonstrated abilities in reading and understanding blueprints, technical specifications and operating procedures
