The Digital Products department located in Redondo Beach, CA is looking for an experienced digital design engineer who will work on design, and development of a digital unit containing multiple digital boards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Unit level requirements development, management, and flow down, Coordination with System engineering

- Unit level architecture development

- Understanding of PCB physical design and worse case analysis

- Understanding of parts selection and managing parts procurement

- Understanding of Circuit Design

- Support unit level manufacturing, assembly and test, engineering model and flight hardware

- Support Unit verification, test-set development, environmental testing

- Support subsystem level Integration & test.

Hands-on lab experience is highly desired. Must have good interpersonal and management skills and able to work well in a team environment. Must have good oral and written communication skills.  

Basic Qualifications:

- BS in STEM from an accredited institution with 14 years of experience in Electrical Engineering; 12 years with a Masters degree in STEM ; 9 years with PhD
- Previous leadership experience

- Previous Digital Design experience

- Ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance

Salary Range: 155600 - 233400

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
