Northrop Grumman Space Systems Electronics & Payloads has an opening for an Associate Electronics Engineer/Electronics Engineer to fill our critical and specialized technical needs in Manhattan Beach, CA. 

In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to research, design, develop, and test a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including:

• Radar and radiation detection equipment.
• Circuitry components.
• Analog and digital computers.
• Control and test equipment.
• Radio, television and other communications equipment and systems 

Basic Qualifications for Associate Electronics Engineer:

A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria.

The candidate must:

• Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree.
• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile).
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).

Basic Qualifications for Electronics Engineer:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher.
• Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities(professional/community/extracurricular).

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
