At Northrop Grumman, our employees have incredible opportunities to work on revolutionary systems that impact people's lives around the world today, and for generations to come. Our pioneering and inventive spirit has enabled us to be at the forefront of many technological advancements in our nation's history - from the first flight across the Atlantic Ocean, to stealth bombers, to landing on the moon. We look for people who have bold new ideas, courage and a pioneering spirit to join forces to invent the future, and have fun along the way. Our culture thrives on intellectual curiosity, cognitive diversity and bringing your whole self to work — and we have an insatiable drive to do what others think is impossible. Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.

The Aeronautics Systems (AS) Talent Development team is looking for a Talent Program Integrator to help maximize the impact of talent development programs in our sector.  If you are passionate about the employee experience and want to help empower employees at all levels to define possible in their career, this role is for you!

In this role, you will partner across the Organizational Effectiveness department, AS Human Resources organization, and the AS business to help unleash the innovation potential of our workforce. By supporting program planning activities at all stages of the project life cycle, you will be able to create a cohesive employee experience and ensure consistency in program branding and communications. You will be key in planning in-person and virtual talent development events and ensuring they are executed flawlessly. You will maximize the engagement potential at key program touch points by helping employees and leaders understand the value our programs offer through meaningful communications and visual program marketing materials. Bring your ideas and talents and define possible in this new role!

In addition to this, under the guidance of the Talent Development Manager, you will break down silos and build community with our sector's ERGs and Management Clubs – acting as a true integrator by connecting the development needs of leaders and employees to our talent development strategies, resources, and programs. You will establish strong relationships to successfully plan, deliver, and continuously improve the employee experience with our development programs. You will drive operational efficiencies by identifying technology solutions that help increase employee engagement and streamline program delivery processes.

To be successful in accomplishing all of this, you will need to keep the employee experience at the center of what you do. You will need to drive change by bringing a contagious curiosity that inspires others to explore what might be possible and embrace new ways of working. Most importantly, you will need to make the possibilities become a reality and continue to pioneer a new path forward long after the solution is in place.  Come join a team where you can help shape the employee experience at Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems while growing your career!
