This is a Level-2 Position: Review, analyze, prepare, and modify provisioning data, and provide guidance in the preparation of Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) and related data in accordance with Northrop Grumman procedures. This provisioning data will be used to identify, select, catalog and determine support material requirements, and in the development of the following: Provisioning Parts List and design Change Notifications. Also provide support for modifications, reviews, and updates to any of the above existing lists. Attend and support provisioning meetings and conferences and perform other functions as directed. Position requires an organized, detail-oriented, self-starting individual who can work both, independently and in a team-oriented environment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and or experience as a qualified mechanic, technician, or operator in a technical field such as aircraft, ship, missile, or space systems. In lieu of formal degree, High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) and at least 7 years’ experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and or experience as a qualified mechanic, technician, weapons, or operator in a technical field such as aircraft, ship, missile, or space systems. in a related field.
Basic understanding of aviation maintenance processes and aircraft systems of a modern military aircraft.
Must be capable and willing to follow strictly defined processes.
Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and system description documents.
Must possess a current DoD Secret Security Clearance and be able to maintain with background investigation adjudication date within the last 5 years.
Must be able to obtain special program access within 365 days of submission and before official employment start date.
Applicants must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and or experience as a qualified mechanic, technician, or operator in a technical field such as aircraft, ship, missile, or space systems.
Previous Provisioning experience
Ability to verify parts list and read drawings, understand the DOD Provisioning systems and how they function, have provisioning database (EAGLE, SLIC, Mil-STD-1388) experience, basic knowledge of how to use all Microsoft Office products, able to navigate in Haystack, FEDLOG, or WEBFLIS or similar government tools, understand maintenance concepts related to provisioning documentation and have experience developing an indentured PPL and DCN for submission to a customer.
Have experience using 3D CAD modeling experience in NX, CATIA, or similar CAD programs.
Have experience with Common Product Life Cycle Management (CPLM) programs.
Experience utilizing Raytheon EAGLE Database.
