Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located in Moss Point, MS.

  • Position is in-office, unable to accommodate a telecommute/hybrid schedule.

This position will support and assist activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process. The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily Supply Chain Manufacturing and Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations.
  • These employees are primarily responsible for the manual movement, shipping and receiving of materials.
  • Will perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping and/or receiving duties which may require the use of hand trucks, forklifts, and other devices, as well as computers to maintain data.
  • Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.
  • Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials; prepares records of materials shipped and bills of lading; routes materials to destinations.
  • Pull and assemble kits in accordance to schedules and deliver to shop floor.
  • May lay out, fabricate, and assemble nonstandard shipping crates and boxes, and prepare parts and tooling for special shipment.


Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience
  • Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Excellent communication skills dealing with customers and suppliers
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in SAP
  • Experienced processing Domestic and International shipping or receiving operations
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance.

Salary Range: $33,500 USD - $55,900 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
