Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an Associate Industrial Engineer to join our team at our facility in New Town, ND.

Position Responsibilities:

• Helps determine the most efficient sequence of operations and work flow and provides finite scheduling to manufacturing cost centers and IPTs
• Maintains datasets and generates metrics that provide for the measurement of program & functional schedule & cost performance.
• Develops and deploys plans that ensure the timely availability and effective utilization of labor, facilities, equipment, & tooling resources enabling the achievement of program delivery and cost milestones.
• Develops and summarizes analyses for the acquisition, maintenance & enhancement of capital assets and miscellaneous equipment. Plans plant, office, and production facilities and equipment layouts
• Provides capacity planning and rate tool analyses
• Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction and inventory control

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• Experience with process flows, manufacturing principles and production operations.
• Experience with simulation programs, manpower modeling, and scheduling techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Aerospace/Aeronautics
• Documented experience working in a robust IPT environment
• Strong expertise using the full suite of Microsoft Office Tools

Salary Range: $59,100 USD - $88,700 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
