Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services (ES) is seeking a Computer Systems Analysis Manager of the Production Engineering, Shop Floor and Quality business analysts to join its dynamic team of technical professionals supporting the Aeronautics Systems (AS) sector. The successful candidate will create an inclusive culture in a geographically diverse environment, be customer-faced with proven leadership and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Direct supervision/management of a staff of approximately team members supporting Prod Engineering/Shop Floor/Quality
  • Interact with internal key executives and customers on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations
  • Provide guidance and oversight to employees to complete key deliverables
  • Provide innovative solutions that create strategic value to our customers
  • Develop computer systems specifications that address business requirements and that fit with the company's system architecture standards
  • Revise and/or advise of modifications needed to existing systems, processes and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, integration and usability
  • Coordinate and support requests to provide system training to end user community as required
  • Deploy direct employees to participate on non-recurring projects as needed
  • Coordinate the post deployment support needed to support end users
  • Travel 25%, Part-Time Virtual/Telework Opportunity

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have a DOD Secret Security Clearance
  • Must have, at minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years of experience OR a Master’s degree with 7 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to be cleared to special access programs
  • Experience in providing technical support to enterprise tools such as ERP, CPLM and/or MES
  • Experience in leading teams or special initiatives
  • At least 5 years experience in Production Engineering, Shop Floor and/or Quality
  • Experience supporting classified systems
  • Experience managing geographically diverse technical groups servicing multiple customers

Salary Range: 127800 - 191600

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
