We are looking for you to join our team as an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead based out of Baltimore, MD. While this position expectation is to be performed onsite full-time or in a hybrid capacity (local to the Linthicum/BWI, MD area), consideration may be given for 100% remote accommodation within CONUS.
This role will be reporting directly to the Sector Tactical Deployment Manager within the Mission Systems (MS) Digital Transformation Office (DTO). As a Staff Org. Change Management lead, you will play a pivotal role in our Digital Transformation Solution readiness and solution deployments across MS divisions in support of our sector operations. Your responsibilities will include driving recurring organizational change management initiatives and serving as a critical partner with enterprise and other sector change management teams during multi-sector, divisional solution deployments.
What you will get to do:
- Lead and coordinate sector change management activities for the MS DTO organization, ensuring clarity and consistency across sector.
- Develop and execute OCM road map for DT, MS sector and track dependencies/training
- Strategically guide recurring change management initiatives, collaborating with business portfolio leads and sector deployment team to refine communications and training documentation.
- Work closely with Digital Transformation (DT) enterprise change management teams on process implementation, fostering seamless partnerships to uphold alignment with enterprise change management strategy and plans.
- Support Staff meetings including meeting facilitation, chart compilation, and action item tracking
- Scheduling and promoting engagement activities including end-user collaborations
- Foster relationships between other sector DT leads, ensuring unified messaging and consistent change management approaches.
- Contribute to (or ensure) a smooth transition of change management initiatives into sustainment, post-project implementation, nurturing ongoing support and synergy with organizational goals.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Organizational Change Management and/or Process Excellence experience with the focus on large-scale transformational, technical and process change.
- OCM methodology professional certification
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project)
- Current, active DoD Secret clearance within 4 years of last investigation / adjudication
- US Citizenship

- OCM PROSCI methodology certification
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
