As a Program Manager, you will directly report up to the Poland Business Area senior leadership. You will be responsible for all programmatic elements including cost, technical and schedule performance of Logistics program execution activities or specifically Lab and Test Material activities. You will be responsible for developing and driving the strategic vision for those program elements and driving organic growth of the team. You will interface with the customer team in this role, collaborating and providing key updates.
Key Responsibilities:
The essential duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Drives and verifies data integrity in SAP, QBDs, and alignment with supplier schedule
- Oversees all logistics efforts, responsible for cost, technical and schedule performance
- Manage skillset and technical development of FSEs to maintain a high level of standards for FSE proficiency
- Support the Deployment Product to ensure OCONUS based FSEs are engaged, and workload balanced
- Work with Logistics Product Owners to ensure equipment set for deployment is fully mission capable
- Work with Product Engineers during product release to oversee testing and validation conducted by FSEs and provide feedback for system enhancement
- Work with Operations Product Owner to assist in coordination of FSE deployments and assignments, new release of FW/SW, and new equipment installations
- Perform roles and responsibilities related to Control Account Manager (CAM) and Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Evaluate and enhance processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality
- Intensive experience in the management of technical materials
- Hands on experience in the acquisition of program specific materials
- Ability to work across multiple disciplines of Logistics and Lab and Test
- Ability to estimate resource requirements, evaluate and estimate costs associated with fielding operations
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with 5 years of program management or IPT leadership; Masters degree with 3 years of program management or IPT leadership experience; 9 years of overall industry experience
- Demonstrated customer interface skills
- Demonstrated large-team organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated executive communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Experience in program-level financial management and reporting (Earned Value Management, Control Account Management, Risk Management)
- Understanding of organizational financial management and reporting (Annual Operating Plan)
- Resource planning and staffing to plan
- Active Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of program management experience on a high-visibility program
- Proposal development experience
- Agile experience and training
- Project Management Professional certification, or similar
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Foreign Military Sales contract experience
