The successful candidate will be a member of the Reliability and Facilities Services organization.  The candidate will contribute to the completion of milestones associated with specific facilities projects, initiatives, tools, and records management and will interface with department teams to implement project assignments.  The appropriate candidate will have familiarity with implementing assignments supporting a large, multi-building facilities organization. 


  • Report to the Manager of Facilities Services   
  • Compile and track Facilities Services Work Order data from Maximo CMMS system and compile reports on team performance utilizing Tableau
  • Support preparation of facilities project bid packages
  • Track and assign required and developmental training for the facilities team
  • Support records management for the Facilities organization maintaining records locations, training records, eLibrary subscription contents, Facilities licenses, product warranties and manuals
  • Perform LEV inspections to ensure compliance
  • Monitor Facilities equipment lock-out/tag-out actions
  • Provide COVID-19 disinfection scheduling coordination support
  • Perform field inspections of buildings and site to validate conditions and support updates to as-built drawings
  • Coordinate updates for Reliability and Facilities Services websites
  • Support updates to Facilities Processes and Procedures documents and desktop instructions
  • Perform functional responsibilities related to day-to-day facilities and property administration 
  • Receive, interpret, and relay information, both written and verbally, in a concise and effective manner across various levels of stakeholders
  • Demonstrate the skill and ability to perform professional tasks
  • Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
  • Serve frequently as liaison to internal company contacts
  • Represent team or department on specific projects

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 1 year with a Master’s degree
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and/or experience collaborating on teams and achieving organization objectives, goals, metrics, targets
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Government clearance up to the TS/SCI level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing MAXIMO CMMS system
  • Experienced using data analytics and related Tableau reporting tools
  • Familiar with aerospace industry office, lab, warehouse, manufacturing/production facilities

Salary Range: $68,100 USD - $102,100 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
