Northrop Grumman Strategic Space Systems Division is currently looking for a Program Manager 3 to work out of Redondo Beach, CA.  

The Integration Manager will be responsible for leading a team to perform critical integration activities across the entire ARIS portfolio.  The Integration Manager is a pivotal role driving value for the portfolio through consistent customer coordination, proposal execution, inter-program collaboration, program deliverable responsibilities and performance execution.  The selected candidate will have close interactions with program leadership, continuous exposure to functions and engineering and manufacturing centers across the enterprise and will have to develop strong customer relationships. The preferred candidate will have proven performance across a wide range of products, functions and business constructs with the proven ability to work in a fast paced environment in support of a dynamic workforce and business structure. The candidate will coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. They will act as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. The candidate will establish concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. They will support new business development and direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A STEM related Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Engineering, Manufacturing Production, Program or Project Management
  • Prior experience with new business capture, proposal development and customer interactions
  • Demonstrated success in managing diverse teams
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills to communicate effectively at all levels of management and to individual contributors
  • Must have and be able to maintain an active SCI clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within 5 years


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a space program environment
  • Prior experience with contractual deliveries
  • Prior experience as Customer Focal Point

Salary Range: $171,000 USD - $256,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
