Northrop Grumman, a leading global security company, is looking to hire cleared part-time Security Coordinator to support Space Systems Division (SSD) Security Organization.

This position will be part-time status with a flexible schedule to work in a lobby environment and to provide Security escorts for uncleared personnel as needed.  The site Security operations is 24/7, the lobby hours of operations are 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm and 11pm - 7am.

The selected candidate will perform the following tasks:

-Control ingress/egress to Northrop Grumman Facilities

-Process employees, visitors and contractor personnel using the Enterprise Security Information System -Monitor lobby activity, reporting unusual or emergency situations to the Security Control Center

-Perform security escorts and conduct security monitor activities

-Perform equipment and access badge inventories

-Security escort duties

-Assist with evacuation drills and actual emergencies as required

Basic Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years security experience
  • Active and current Top Secret Security clearance
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an SCI clearance
  • Must be able to function in a Windows based computer environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 - 5 years security experience

Salary Range: $38,000 USD - $63,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
