Responsibilities include oversight of Division Capital, NCTA, Business Base development processes, SEIT support for Division Controller and Vice President Business Management.  Capital Planning and Budgeting responsibilities include coordination with Division leadership/IPTs/Functions in developing capital requirements and priorities; budget management, reporting and analysis; AOP/LRSP development; support of Balance Sheet requirements for PP&E; and evaluation of related property accounting issues; interface with Sector Capital Planning as required.  NCTA responsibilities include budget management, reporting and analysis; coordination with Division management staff on strategies and project prioritizations; interface with Sector Resource Management as required for alignment of budgets and reporting.  Business Base responsibilities include development of the business base data for staffing requirements, overhead support, and the AOP/LRSP forecast; requisite reporting, analysis, special studies and interface with Division Programs.  The Resource Manager will be responsible for all reporting and analysis, and related briefing development and delivery to leadership; key in facilitation of integration and collaboration actions with Division leadership and Business Management organization.  

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 7+ years financial analyst experience or a Masters Degree with 5+ years of experience. Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree with a minimum of 5 - 10 years financial analyst work experience preferred; managerial experience is desirable.  Demonstrates strong leadership skills, technical skills in financial analysis and accounting, experience in Resource Management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated proficiency in financial systems and modeling, working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).  Proficiency in accounting practices (GAAP, CAS), utilization of SAP and Hyperion systems and knowledge of other modeling tools.
