Our employees are not only part of history, they’re making history.       Individual will be responsible for cost and schedule performance for specific hardware package supporting an closed program across multiple manufacturing departments. Will be Point of Contact for manufacturing through entire product life cycle on that package. Participation in Proposal, IDRs, fab, assembly, test, through delivery to ITL. Demonstrated ability to lead and provide direction to a technical cross functional team and exceptional communication skills are required. Position is the Cost Account Manager for hardware package. Is accountable for cost and schedule variance explanations and EV methodology.  Requires advanced knowledge with Electronic Production processes and systems.  Individual may be required to lead Tiger Teams and lead various proposal efforts within organization.  Candidate will set up a program from beginning to end and plan and coordinate a schedule with all of the required organizations including material.  Preferred candidate will have production experience and an SCI Clearance.            To learn more about our hiring process for manager positions, please view our “Selecting the Best Qualified Managers" video:

          Basic Qualifications:    
•Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM related field (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or project management OR Associates  Degree and minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing or project management
•MS Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Experience reporting task/project status
•Candidate must have, and be able to maintain, SCI access with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within 5 years     Preferred Qualifications:      •Strong Project Management Fundamentals (Scope, Cost & Schedule – EVMS, and Risk Management)
•Experience extracting, organizing, and presenting metrics
•Ability to analyze data
•Great  oral and written skills
•Experience creating tools
