Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Manager 3 Business Development to lead business development for a portfolio of programs in the NSS – Space Security business area.  The selected candidate may work in one of the following locations:
  • Redondo Beach, CA (Highly preferred)
  • Gilbert, AZ
  • Dulles, VA
The ideal candidate will provide direction on the sustainment and organic growth of existing business development targets/programs as well as developing and leading the future business capture strategy in the DoD, Intelligence Community, and adjacent markets.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7 years' experience in new business, capture, business development, strategy, and/or marketing activities
  • 4 years' experience in management
  • Thorough knowledge of government procurement and business development processes: identification, qualification, capture and/or bid activities
  • Experience with market assessments, analysis of competitors and potential partners, and strategy development
  • Must have a current and active Top Secret and SCI clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree
  • Experience with space systems to include design, manufacturing, hardware, mission operations and integration
