Your opportunities for achievement are limitless with Northrop Grumman Space Sector. Northrop Grumman is seeking Electrical Engineers. This position will be located at our Space Sector in Northern Utah. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Strategic Deterrent Systems division. The selected candidate will work in a dynamic people-focused environment where he/she will research, develop, design, and test electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Design electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.Basic Qualifications

This requisition may be filled at either an Associate Electrical Engineer or an Electrical Engineer.  Basic qualification for an Associate Electrical Engineer is a Bachelor’s Degree. Basic qualification for an Electrical Engineer is a Master’s Degree.

A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
  • Be majoring in or having majored in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a closely related STEM major.
  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.7 out of 4.0 or higher
  • Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).
  • Good presentation and writing/communication skills.

Associate Electrical Engineer Salary Range:

$52,500 - $78,700

Electrical Engineer Salary Range:

$64,200 - $96,200


Salary Range: $52,500 USD - $78,700 USD
Salary Range 2: $64,200 USD - $96,200 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
