Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator 2. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division. 

What You’ll Get To Do: 

Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:

• Works safely, takes responsibility for personal safety and safety of teammates

• Ensure materials and tools are correct

• Ensure calibrated tools are controlled and calibration current

• Ensure materials and tools are delivered to the right locations

• Ensure materials and tools are processed on time in support of established schedules

• Ensure inventory is accurate

• Seeks and lead continuous improvement of material and tool handling processes

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.  

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 years additional education and/or relevant experience in warehousing, inventory management, logistics, customer service, shipping/receiving or kitting.
  • Must be able to operate a forklift and parallel jack. Training will be provided.
  • Ability to work hours necessary to meet business objectives.  This may include working overtime
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in computers and computer processes.
  • Experience working in the aerospace industry.
  • Experience working under the safety and security requirements of a secure government facility.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance

Salary Range: $33,500 USD - $55,900 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
