Northrop Grumman Space Systems sector is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals supporting the Strategic Deterrent Systems Security team. 

This position will be located in Roy, UT. Duties may includes, but will not be limited to:

  • Processing sensitive personal identifiable information

  • Supporting briefings and meetings: visitor control and badge creation for employees, contractors and visitors

  • Document control

  • Preparation and execution of DD Form 254s

  • Inventory tracking and management

  • Preparation and Participation for government and self inspections

  • Supporting security staff in continuous efforts to ensure compliance with established company, government and customer regulations, policies and procedures

  • Supporting additional security processes when necessary

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of security or admin experience, or Masters degree with 1 year experience. An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for bachelors degree

  • Candidate must have an active, in scope final U.S. security clearance at the Secret level with an investigation date within 6 years, or be be placed in the DoD continuous evaluation program with a deferred status

  • Candidate must be able to obtain, and maintain special access program (SAP) access

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of NISPOM and DoDM 5205.07 V1-4 manual series requirements

  • Experience with the National Information Security System (NISS) and DD From 254s

  • Experience with inventory management and tracking

  • Experience with Security Information Management System (SIMS) Software

  • Current, active Top Secret security clearance is preferred

Salary Range: $58,800 USD - $88,200 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
