This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here.    
  • Position Summary / Responsibilities
    Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
  • Acts as the main liaison between Global Supply Chain and the Division Facilities Team
  • Defines and develops the procurement strategy of Division facilities requirements
  • Responsible for the assessment of supply resources; aggregates and prioritizes demand requirements.
  • Assists with qualifying and brining new vendors on to the Division Approved Supplier List for Capital and Indirect purchases
  • Leads the creation of  purchasing requisitions

Basic Qualifications:
•    A bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 6 or more years of supply chain and/or project management experience; 
 OR a master's degree and 4 or more years of supply chain and/or project management experience
•    Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
•    Experience managing facilities supply chain processes or the stand-up of new facilities 
•    MS Office including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior work experience in Aerospace & Defense
  • Prior work experience with SAP
  • Master’s Degree in related field
  • Ability to obtain a US Government Secret Clearance
