The Circuit Card Factory team at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join our team as a General Manufacturing Manager 1 based out of Salt Lake City, UT.

What You’ll get to Do:
• Manage the day to day manufacturing operations with a department.
• Safety of personnel and product.
• Production schedules and cost for the assigned product line.
• Direct supervision of production personnel.
• Collaborating with manufacturing engineers, production control, and other functional departments to ensure proper support of the production line.
• Tracking and reporting on team goals ensuring they are met.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience; Masters with 3 years; 0 PhD
• Ability to effectively communicate throughout the organizational structure using both written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Salary Range: $77,600 USD - $116,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
