Northrop Grumman’s Salt Lake City, UT location is seeking a talented Sr. Principal Quality Assurance Policy and Strategy Analyst to join our team. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 9 years of related experience or a Master’s degree with 7 years of related experience
  • SAP experience
  • AS9100 Revision D Lead Auditor Probitas Certification
  • Aerospace/Defense Industry experience
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
  • Experience working independently and proactively with minimal guidance and supervision
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior management
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
  • U.S. citizen with ability to obtain/maintain DoD Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Tableau
  • Active Secret Clearance

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the development of the annual audit program and ensure internal operational and procedural compliance program is effective to ensure compliance with product regulatory laws.
  • Lead the RCCA process and the management of the process through HQMS.
  • Prepare the organization for the annual recertification program as well
  • Conduct contract and proposal reviews and provide appropriate guidance.
  • Develop and deliver presentations including general awareness training and program/function specific training on a variety of regulatory topics.
  • Conduct audit assessments to ensure implementation and effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Maintain awareness of changing product regulatory laws and regulations and provide analysis regarding applicability and impact.
  • Develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance policies.
  • Generate and analyze performance metrics for regulatory compliance processes. 
  • Exercise good judgement to seek management support and guidance as needed, including collaborating on decisions that have the potential to be high visibility or impact.

Salary Range: $89,800 USD - $134,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
