Essential Functions:

•             Root cause identification and anomaly resolution

•             Understand requirements and associated validation and verification

•             Act as an integrator of hardware and software into the Global Hawk system

•             Understand Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and maintenance of ICDs

•             Utilize JIRA software tool (and/or similar) for agile development environment

•             Perform requirements traceability

•             Support the integration between verification and I&T activities to streamline regression & verification efforts

•             Collaborate with other IPTs to define test objectives and requirements for test activities in the integration lab

•             Validate and investigate GH defects in the lab

Basic Qualifications:

•             Bachelors (B.S.) in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) and 5 years of related experience, or a Masters in STEM with 3 years of related experience; or 0 years with PhD in STEM

•             An active DoD Secret Clearance or higher

•             Experience in Systems Integration (HW/SW integration)

•             Candidate must be comfortable in lab and field environment and be able to collaborate closely with system, software, hardware and test engineers

Preferred Qualifications:

•             Active DoD Top Secret Clearance

•             Experience with project management

•             Experience w/UAV platforms

•             Strong leadership, excellent communication, and strong presentation skills

•             Experience with automated testing such as Requirement Verification Tests (RVTs)

•             Fluency in at least one scripting language, such as Python

Salary Range: $101,400 USD - $152,200 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
