Essential Functions:

Teamcenter (40%)

  • Plans and coordinates preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met.
  • Reviews contract to determine documentation required for each phase of project, applying knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system.
  • Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities.

Media Creation and Processing (50%)

  • Release, control and create software media per SW Media WI and Triton process documentation.
  • Fulfill software media requests from Triton program personnel.
  • CM Supplier and Government Furnished Media processing
  • Maintain SCM media physical and electronic libraries.
  • Ship physical media as necessary.

Other 10%

  • User Assistance/Customer Support
  • rocess review and maintain DI,CL,FM
  • Training
  • Audits
  • Metrics
  • Ability to generate reports out of eQube.
  • Support various team (tag ups) and Program meetings (peer reviews, CPATS support).
  • Classified CM safe custodian.  

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 6 years of document/hardware Configuration Management experience
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance or higher
  • Experience with the following concepts: Configuration Identification, Configuration Change Management, and Configuration Status Accounting
  • Must be able to work on site to perform Software Media creation and distribution responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with PDM systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
  • Previous experience in an Aerospace or DoD environment
  • Literacy in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary Range: $86,300 USD - $129,500 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
