Northrop Grumman is seeking a Industrial Security Analyst 2 to: develop, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years security administrative experience. An additional four years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Current Active Secret clearance.
- Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP)
- Organized and efficient at time management
- Customer service oriented and good oral and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Office suite (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, TEAMs).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain/maintain Top-Secret clearance.
- Working knowledge Of Workday and SIMS applications.
- Working knowledge of Lenel access control systems.
- Working knowledge DISS and JADE applications.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision.
- OPSEC program experience.
- Classification review experience.
- Prior TSCO experience.
- Experience in multiple operating environments including Collateral, Special Access Programs (SAP), and Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI).
- Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Willing to work extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Must be detail-oriented, have meticulous record-keeping, and will be responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets.
- Organized and efficient at time management.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
