Due to significant progress, we are now seeking an experienced Travel Expense Coordinator to join our Enterprise Services team in either Mascot, NSW or Symonston, ACT and provide travel and expense support to Northrop Grumman APAC employees.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist with the operation of the Concur Travel and Expense platform and Citi Bank corporate travel cards.
  • Assist with policy harmonisation, including interpretation and application.
  • Provide in country support for Concur & Citi Bank tools and include monthly and ad hoc training.
  • Responsible for on-going issuance and maintenance of the Citi Bank corporate travel cards.
  • Assist employees with card reconciliation as necessary.
  • Expense report processing and auditing.
  • Maintain the travel website.
  • Other duties as reasonably required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in a similar position and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of basic Microsoft skills.
  • Understands basic travel requirements, processes and ramifications.
  • Awareness of responsibilities surrounding corporate travel cards.
  • Time management and the ability to prioritise work.
  • Ability to present policy in a thoughtful and logical manner to ensure employee comprehension and compliance.
  • Must be an Australian citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance.

Note: As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian Citizens. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable, as such your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
